Entrance at Carrer d’Olot
The main entrance, located on the south side, is the most beautiful entry point to the park.
At this entrance, you will see an iron gate crafted to resemble palm leaves, which was not part of the original plan but added later from Casa Vicens, yet another Gaudi masterpiece.
Two buildings – Porter’s Lodge and the Visitors’ Waiting Room – are on either side of the main entrance. They resemble gingerbread houses, which is the main draw of this entrance.
The left pavilion now serves as a permanent exhibition space, while the right pavilion houses a small museum.
Each pavilion’s vibrant roof is built using traditional Catalan clay tiles, covered with trencadís—a mosaic made from tile shards.
