The guided tour of Casa Vicens lasts 90 mins and shows how Gaudí’s first big project influenced Modernist design.

The tours start at half an hour intervals, and some of the popular slots are: 10 am, 10.30 am, 11 am, 12.30 pm, 3 pm, and 3.30 pm.

All through the year Casa Vicens opens at 9.30 am. From April to October, it closes at 8 pm and from November to March it closes at 6 pm. 

Casa Vicens is closed on December 25 and from January 7 to 14.

Ceramic workshop at Casa Vicens

Casa Vicens hosts a Ceramic Workshop led by Manel Diestre, the expert behind its ceramic restoration, exclusively on several Sundays.

This hands-on experience teaches participants to craft iconic carnation tiles using the traditional trepa technique.

The 90-minute session includes all materials, a self-guided tour, and an audio guide. Due to the firing process, tiles can be collected the following Saturday or within two months.

Workshops are available in Catalan, Spanish, and English and adapted for individuals with reduced mobility. The fee is €26 per person, and booking in advance is recommended.
