You choose from six options with different experiences; the option you choose decides how long your tour will take.

Mega Dig Experience is a three-hour excavator and bulldozer experience; all participants receive a mandatory 15-minute orientation and safety briefing before beginning. 

If you choose this option, you will complete the tour in at least four hours.

If you pick a 60-minute Skid Steer Track Loader experience or a 60-minute Mini Excavator, you can complete your tour in about two hours.

When you choose Big Dig Bulldozer or Big Dig Excavator, you will need two to three hours as the experience itself is 90 minutes.

The minimum age requirements to participate in the activities are:

– Skid Steer Loaders: 8+ years
– 1-Ton Excavators: 3-5 years can operate with assistance from a guardian
– 1-Ton Excavators: 5+ years can operate independently if they are 48” (4 feet) or taller

What is the minimum height requirement for operating any equipment?

To operate any equipment, the participant must be 48” (4 feet) or taller.

What kind of clothing is required for operating the equipment?

Closed-toed shoes are the only mandatory requirement for all participants to operate any equipment. You can wear whatever is comfortable for you.

What time shall I reach to operate my equipment?

Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled Dig time. The required safety orientation class starts promptly at 8 am, 10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, or 4 pm, whichever time your Dig is reserved for. 

If you are late and miss the class, you will not be accommodated for your reservation, and it will be non-refundable.

Is the equipment air-conditioned?

Yes, all the machines are fully climate controlled, so no matter what the Vegas weather is doing, you’ll stay comfortably cool in the summer and warm in winter.

Why is the breathalyzer used?

All participants must be able to pass the breathalyzer to operate the machine. 

If the participant has a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of 0.06% or higher, they will not be allowed to participate in their reserved Dig.

Is a driver’s license required?

No, you don’t need a driver’s license or driving experience.

Can someone with a disability operate the equipment?

Dig This can provide an experience for most people with disabilities. 

However, you must have good vision and have good use of your upper body. 

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, they will ask you to provide someone who can help the instructors facilitate through sign language.
