Really enjoyed my visit to the Spice Museum last Monday. Very informative regarding the sourcing, picking, drying, and transporting spices from various parts of the world. You could also try the different spices, and the entrance fee supplied a sample of black pepper. It was a very unique experience that I enjoyed.
