Cancellation and rescheduling are possible until 11.59 pm the day before your visit.

Note: Even though visitors aged six and below enter for free, you must get them a free ticket.

You can reach the attraction by public or private transport.

By Subway

Take the U1 line from Hamburg Central Station towards Norderstedt and get off at Meßberg. It takes five minutes to get to the museum. 

By Metrobus

Board bus number 4 or 6 and get off at the station Brandstwiete. It takes five to 10 minutes to walk to reach the museum. 

By Car

Turn on your Google Maps to reach the museum.

Parking facilities are available in and around Pumpen and Burchardplatz for up to 60 minutes.

You can also park in Oberbaumbrücke 1 near the museum for longer hours.

Chocoversum tickets are released 90 days in advance. Online tickets tend to sell out quickly, and we recommend you book the tickets well in advance. 

Does the Chocolate Museum have a reduced ticket for a guest with a disability? 

Yes, They do have reduced tickets for physically challenged people. Visitors with 70 percent disability can purchase a reduced ticket for €21.

Can I go to the Chocoversum without booking a guided tour? 

The museum, unfortunately, doesn’t allow a visit without a guide as they want to ensure an infotainment experience during the 90-minute tour. 

Can I bring my pets to Chocoversum?

Pets are not allowed in the museum due to hygienic reasons. 

Are lockers available in Hamburg Chocoversum? 

There is an area in the museum with individual and group lockers. It can be used to store your valuables against a deposit of €1 for an individual and €10 for group lockers.
