The meeting point for the Hop-on Hop-off Tour varies depending on the ticket you book.

The Line A Hop-On Hop-Off Tour starts at St. Pauli Landungsbrücken 1-2. However, you can also hop on at any of the 20 stops on the tour. 

The S-Bahn lines S1 and S3 take you to the Landungsbrücken station, directly connected to the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken area. 

You can also take the U3 line to get to Landungsbrücken. 

There are several bus lines that take you to Landungsbrücken. Bei den St. Pauli-Landungsbrücken is close to the meeting point.
