Sky Views Dubai is the latest observatory of Dubai and is on the 52nd and 53rd floors of the iconic twin-towered Address Sky View hotel.
Besides the observation deck at the height of 219.5 meters (720 feet), the attraction also offers an adrenalin-pumping Glass Slide and Edge Walk.
At Sky View Dubai, visitors see a 360-degree view of the spectacular Downtown Dubai cityscape and gain a unique perspective.
Some of the most Instagrammable views from the observation deck are that of Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed Road.

What to expect at Sky Views Dubai
Sky Views Dubai is a three-in-one attraction with a lot of glass all around, ensuring the adrenalin rush.
You will take a thrilling ride in the panoramic glass elevator to more than 219.5 meters above the ground.
The main attraction is the observation deck offering views of Dubai city, and once you have taken in the views from all directions, you can try the glass walkway.
The glass walkway is 46 meters (150 feet) long and connects the two towers.
The other two attractions are the Glass Slide and Edge Walk.
The Glass Slide
The Dubai Sky Views’s Glass Slide is an actual slide, just that it is made of glass and is at the height of 219.5 meters (720 feet).
Visitors sit down and slide from Level 53 to level 52 on the completely transparent sloping ‘corridor.’
- Only visitors between the weight range of 30 Kg to 150 kg can participate
- Only guests between the height range between 120 cm to 200 cm can go on the glass slide
- Participants should wear modest, comfortable clothing – no skirts, dresses, no high heels, shoes, or shoes with sharp metal edges that can damage the glass.
- All visitors will be given a special rug/mat which they must use to slide over the glass
- Visitors must not slide on a lying position (on your back or stomach)
The Edge Walk
Sky Views Edge Walk is one of the most exciting things you can try in Dubai.
After a safety briefing and wearing a safety harness, visitors are escorted to an open-air zone.
You are then strapped to a harness, after which you can walk out, lean back, or try to touch the sky.
During the Edge Walk, there are no protective barriers between you and the stunning visuals of Dubai city.
- Only visitors guests aged 12-65 can go on the Edge Walk
- Parental consent is required in person for those under 18 years of age
- Only visitors between the weight range of 30 Kg to 120 kg can participate in Edge Walk
- Only guests between the height range between 135 cm to 200 cm can go on the glass slide
- Guests must wear modest, comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes – no skirts, dresses, high heels, flip flops, or loose footwear
Sky Views Dubai ticket
This ticket for Sky Views Dubai includes access to the observation deck and one glide on the Sky Glass Slide.
At the venue, you can pay for more time on the slide. Each extra slide costs AED 25.
While booking your Sky Views ticket, you can opt for the Edge Walk.
When you book these Skip The Line tickets online, they get emailed to you.
On the day of your visit, you can walk past the ticket counter line, show the ticket on your mobile at the entrance and walk in.
While booking your ticket, you must select a time of visit.
However, it is better to arrive 30 minutes earlier than your booked visit time.

Sky Views Observatory is on the 52nd and 53rd floor of Address Sky View hotel at Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Boulevard, Downtown Dubai. Get Directions
You can board bus numbers 30, D03, D03A, or F13 and get down at Dubai Mall Metro Bus Stop Landside 1, the closest bus stop.
From the stop, the observatory is a 6-minute walk.
Or you can board the Red Line and get down at Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro station, which is again a 6-minute walk from Sky Views.
Sky Views Dubai’s timings
Sky Views Dubai is open from 10 am to 9 pm all through the week.
The last entry is an hour before closure.
