You can buy tickets for the Istanbul Museum of Illusions online in advance or at the ticket counter.

Online tickets tend to be cheaper than those at the venue.

When you buy online, you can avoid the long queues at the attraction’s ticket counters.

When you book early, you also get your preferred time slot.

Because the attraction sells limited tickets, they may sell out during peak days. Booking early helps avoid last-minute disappointments.

Board the T2 tram to Beyoğlu Tünel, a minute’s walk from the museum.

Board F2 and get down at Beyoğlu, the nearest inclined railway station. Take a 2-minute walk to reach the attraction.

By Subway

The nearest subway station is Şişhane, with subway services of M2. The subway station is a minute walk from the museum.

By Bus

Opening hours

The Istanbul Museum of Illusions opens from Sunday to Thursday at 11 am and closes at 8 pm.

The museum opens from 11 am to 9 pm on Friday and Saturday.

The last entry is 45 minutes before the closing time.

Since the tickets have no time limit, you can stay inside for as long as you want.

Nice museum

It is a very nice Museum to see. The location was a bit difficult to find on Istiklal Street, but it’s in a nice little nook with a Starbucks and other restaurants next to it. It was included in the Istanbul tourist pass.
