You can reach the Hollands Spoor station and take Tram 1 towards Scheveningen (Kurhaus stop).

The other option is to take bus lines 21, 22, and 23 and get down at the bus stop Kurhaus.
Legoland in Scheveningen does not have private parking, and the road it is on is car-free.
However, there are various parking garages in Scheveningen:
